Breast Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a test which uses a probe that emits high frequency sound waves to form a picture of your breast. The length of the test is typically 15-30 minutes. For the sound waves to pass into the breast, it is necessary to use a water-based gel which is non toxic, does not stain and is easily washable.
